Business Distributorship/Franchising package: Fragrance of the Stars

· CURRENT LOCATION(s):
1. SM San Lazaro – opened last January 17, 2009
2. SM Manila – opened last February 1, 2009
3. SM Fairview – to be opened this March 1, 2009
~ Basically, the package includes the following ~
· Island Kiosk (display unit)
o Design Exclusivity
o Working Drawings (for assembly, installation, etc)
o NOT INCLUDED will be cost(s) of:
§ Insurance & Delivery of unit upon completion to site
§ Utilities (electric, water, telephone, broadband/wifi/internet, etc.)
§ Leasehold Improvements/Maintenance of outlet
§ Down Payment on property to be rented/leased/purchased
§ Amortization (if purchased) or Rent/Lease – monthly (or as periodically arranged between any parties-of-interest)
§ Salaries, wages & other such benefit entitlements (emoluments) of each hired (be they permanent or casual) workers for each outlet
· Initial stocks of all fragrances carried by the company:
o Equivalent to no less than PhP150,000 worth of stocks
o Above amount equally equivalent to one (1) month of regular sale of outlet
o Additional/replenishment of stocks will be billed separately
· Testers
o Additional/replenishment of stocks (from what was initially supplied) will be billed separately
· Marketing Support & Assistance
o Celebrity Endorsements: at the moment, we have the following celebrities carrying our products
§ Ms. Snooky Serna
§ Ara Mina
§ Maui Taylor
§ Troy Montero & Aubrey Miles
o Promotional Give-Away(s) during launching or opening day (only)
o Full Media coverage during launching/opening date (for Metro Manila outlets only)
o OTHER TRI-MEDIA COSTS (optional): to shouldered by the Franchise applicant
§ Billboard
§ TV Spots
§ Radio Air-Time
· Staffing Assistance
o Initial Staff Uniform (Design & Material)
§ NOTE: dimensions will have to be provided by the franchisee applicant
o Limited to three (3) number of staff at maximum per outlet
§ NOTE: additional staff from above figure shall be charged separately
o Training of Staff
§ Materials for Training (manual, modules, etc.)
§ To be done locally and within the area of Metro-Manila
§ Outside Training (if any) may be done under the following arrangement
· Cost of Travel/Transportation, Food & Accommodation (including, but not limited to additional materials that will be needed during training, if any) shall be borne by the franchise applicant; or
· Franchise applicant (or his/her representative) may come-over to Manila for said training. However, the cost of travel/transportation, food & accommodation shall be borne by the former
· Main office shall send all training materials to the Franchise applicant and peruse the same and may contact Manila office for any and all point of clarification(s),additional queries, etc. – either on-line or call, at cost borne by the Franchise applicant
· Business Registration
o BIR Registration
o Mayors permit
o NOTE:
§ For Metro-Manila outlets/venues ONLY
§ Outside Metro-Manila (or Philippines) outlets, the Franchise applicant will either borne the expenses of securing the same or secure the above business registration her/him-self
· Inventory Management & Documentation
o Regular (Scheduled) Sales Report
o Stocks Control & Ordering
o Etc.
· COST OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP/FRANCHISE: PhP550,000.00

Hi Snooky!Im your avid fan since im 5 yrs old and now im 33 with 3 beautiful kids. You have been my inspiration because I have seen and followed your life story. Now, im so proud of you. I dont have big money for buss or to franchise is teher a way that i can buy some in a discounted price and sell it to the market the same price you sell it. Hoping for your reply. Businesses I have, big money, well, it’s getting there. As of now they are all investments, waiting for returns. As of now, my busines is open for franchising. am a college professor her n general santos city, am ur avid fan since am in high-school. my college students loves cologne and perfumes, maybe i could sell to them by pieces, i dont have much money for franchising. What can u suggest?thanx

Dear Aydha, pacencia ka na at siguro naman alam mo naman ang nangyari sa akin bago ako nagnegosyo. Hindi naman maganda ang kinahinatnan ng ating negosyo, pero mabuti naman at medio me kumuha sa aking magagandang company. Dalawa pa! I’ll pray for you and your family.
