Business Distributorship/Franchising package: Snooky Serna Exclusives

·         CURRENT LOCATION(s):

1.       On-Line Purchase System (PayPal)

2.       Outlets are preferred to be done/given to Franchise applicants

 

 

·         Island Kiosk (display unit)

o   Design Exclusivity (NOTE: showroom/boutique styled outlets is not the same as this package and will be quoted separately if ever the Franchise applicant will chose to have any other form or style of outlet other than the Island Kiosk)

o   Working Drawings (for assembly, installation, etc)

o   NOT INCLUDED will be cost(s) of:

§  Insurance & Delivery of unit upon completion to site

§  Utilities (electric, water, telephone, broadband/wifi/internet, etc.)

§  Leasehold Improvements/Maintenance of outlet

§  Down Payment on property to be rented/leased/purchased

§  Amortization (if purchased) or Rent/Lease – monthly (or as periodically arranged between any parties-of-interest)

§  Salaries, wages & other such benefit entitlements (emoluments) of each hired (be they permanent or casual) workers for each outlet

·         Initial stocks of all fashion jewelries carried by the company:

o   Equivalent to no less than PhP100,000.00 worth of stocks @ wholesale cost

o   Above amount equally equivalent to one (1) month of regular sale of outlet

o   Additional/replenishment of stocks will be billed separately

·         Marketing Support & Assistance

o   Celebrity Endorsements: by Ms. Snooky Serna

o   Full Media coverage during launching/opening date (for Metro Manila outlets only)

§  At least two (2) major network coverage (TV) or Radio

§  At least two (2) broadsheet print write-ups (not in classified ads), i.e. Phil. Daily Inquirer’s Lifestyle Section, et al

 

§  Out-of-Metro-Manila launchings/openings, Franchise applicant will shoulder the following:

·         Transportation, Food & Accommodation of celebrity endorser & her entourage (min. of 2, max of 4 pax)

·         OTHER TRI-MEDIA COSTS (optional):

o   Billboard

o   TV Spots

o   Radio Air-Time

·         Staffing Assistance

o   Initial Staff Uniform (Design & Material)

§  NOTE: dimensions will have to be provided by the franchisee applicant

o   Limited to two (2) number of staff at maximum per outlet

§  NOTE: additional staff from above figure shall be charged separately

·         Business Registration

o   BIR Registration

o   Mayors permit

o   NOTE:

§  For Metro-Manila outlets/venues ONLY

§  Outside Metro-Manila (or Philippines) outlets, the Franchise applicant will either borne the expenses of securing the same or secure the above business registration her/him-self

·         COST OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP/FRANCHISE: PhP550,000.00
